Job Role: A Class Coded Welder
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (Extension based on performance)

Role Requirements:
• 10 years` experience
• Red Seal Qualification
• SAIW Qualification
• Confined Spaces Certification
• Working at Heights Certification
• Min 8 years` experience within the Oil and Gas sector (highly advantageous)
• Experience on 18M line (Highly advantageous)
• Physically fit
• Own transport
• Valid Police Clearance
Role responsibilities: (and additional as assigned)
• Create flow and gathering lines, as well as support structures for equipment and facilities.
• Jack-up rigs, Fixed and floating structures, FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) systems, and Flowline systems.
• Expertly weld small, medium, and large pipe of various metals and alloys.
• Solder and brazes of copper pipe.
• Perform complex mechanical installations per engineering direction.
• Read and comprehends construction drawings and specifications.
• Lay out and install piping, equipment, and other mechanical systems in compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
• Mark up construction drawings and specifications with as-built status.
• Work with Thermal Systems Engineers and Site Construction Manager to order tools, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for the group’s job requirements following company policy and process.
• Work in conjunction with other crews and lead persons.
• Maintain responsibility for all tools and equipment assigned
• Ensure safety standards at all times
