Our client a multinational company engaged in EPC (engineering, procurement and construction projects) are looking to employ the services of a PV CONSTRUCTION MANAGER.
The Solar PV Construction Manager is required to manage all technical construction aspects of the Solar PV project within the projects department. You will be tasked to drive all construction works with construction teams/subcontractors and commissioning phases of a project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PV Construction installation experience
- Valid SACPCMP registration
- A minimum of electrical qualification is essential
- People Management experience
- Project Management experience
- Design of Solar PV energy experience
- Assist with physical installation/construction works where required
- Maintaining construction as per Project Schedule
- Project Subcontractor scope of works management
- Project construction control.
- Adhere and maintain project Health and Safety site requirements
- Relationship management of Subcontractors
- Subcontractor (electrical and mechanical) construction management
- Assess, accept and give feedback on project
- Ensure all ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliances are met during construction
