ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Expert knowledge on the Agile Methodology, Principles & SCRUM.
· Effective Stakeholder Management.
· Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
· Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Transition and change management.
· Agile Working Model
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· Software Development experience.
· UX design.
· Marketing.
· ITIL knowledge.
· Knowledge of systems and processes, for example, the AWM, ConnectIT, etc.
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
· IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
· Minimum 8+ years of IT experience
· Certified SCRUM Product Owner
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
– Create transparency of the ATC Tools usage within the organization
– Drive adoption of ATC Tool usage across the organization
– Identify where and what our biggest challenges are within the software development lifecycle (testing, security, architecture, deployments, etc)
– Identify opportunities to break down silos and create efficiency through adopting standardisation, platforms and best practices
– Identify and highlight areas of duplicate efforts within the organization to provide visibility and enable informed decision-making for enhanced efficiency.
– Identify the existing COPs that exist globally and analyse where the gaps in the organization are
– Participate in the Quality Global COE
– Roll-out at least 3 new COPs cross organization
– Work with departments to define what the software development lifecycle and tool chain will look like 5 to 10 years from now
– Align with the DX (Developer Experience) team to create a standardised developer onboarding in the Hub
– Supporting the Developer home to create a base for onboarding
