Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve company targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of sales & customer interactions.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
