REQUIREMENTS:

- Attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc.Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s).
- ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)
- Setting up the organization structure for Sales & Distribution processes and perform all relevant configuration, including Materials Management where integration requires this.
- Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
- Preparation of Sales & Distribution templates for various objects e.g., sales orders.
- Integration testing with other modules
- Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC’s processing
- Carrying out regression testing
- Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
- Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
- Executing the required changes through configuration
- Preparing the cut over strategy for SD objects
- Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
- Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and writing Functional Specifications , Preparing test data for testing of CR’s , Testing CR’s (Change Requests) and test results
- Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles.
- Receiving, troubleshooting, resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
- Update and maintain documentation as an existing system’s functionality is changed.
