REQUIREMENTS:

·       6 Years Relevant Experience

·        Go-live preparation and post Go-live support.

IDocs

·        Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing.

·        Ticket handling, problem and incident management experience

·        Jira and Confluence experience

·       SAP SD  experience

·        SAP S/4 HANA (advantageous).

·        MM Expertise

  • Attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc.Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s).
  • ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements)
  • Setting up the organization structure for Sales & Distribution processes and perform all relevant configuration, including Materials Management where integration requires this.
  • Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
  • Preparation of Sales & Distribution templates for various objects e.g., sales orders.
  • Integration testing with other modules
  • Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC’s processing
  • Carrying out regression testing
  • Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
  • Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails
  • Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
  • Executing the required changes through configuration
  • Preparing the cut over strategy for SD objects
  • Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
  • Raising Change Requests (CR’s) and writing Functional Specifications , Preparing test data for testing of CR’s , Testing CR’s (Change Requests) and test results
  • Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles.
  • Receiving, troubleshooting, resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
  • Update and maintain documentation as an existing system’s functionality is changed.
  • Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
