Cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)
Microsoft W365
Machine learning (ML) for data analytics
Network troubleshooting skills
Rest API technology
Automated problem remediation
Cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)
Operation, maintenance of VDI technologies (Microsoft and VMware Horizon)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the digital experience and productivity of end users by improving VDI – using key monitoring metrics
Digital Workspace infrastructure for virtual devices
Maintenance and operations – Cloud and on premises VDI platforms.
Infrastructure for VDI platforms
Application Monitoring tools
Operational excellence including automation and proactive monitoring approach
Integration of new features and components
Work closely with stakeholders, development teams in constantly improving our VDI platforms stability and availability
Operations and standardization of the enterprise VDI infrastructure, platform and desktop components.
Verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams
Improving the operational stability
Automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics
