The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring proper recording of all stock purchased, received, and distributed, to maintain organization of warehouse, with strong attention to detail to execute tracking and recording.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overseeing of stores staff, including drivers.
Maintaining of all stock and spill kit levels.
Ensuring quality checks are done on completed kits.
Ensuring all sales orders are dispatched and invoiced out correctly.
Ensuring customers are helped timeously and assisting with customer queries.
Ensuring all stock is captured correctly
Stock takes, accounting for stock and recounts.
Make sure all store groups are sorted out and closed timeously.
Ensure that all ISO standards are always adhered to by all warehouse staff.
Being a team player and having a good attitude with colleagues and management.
Manage forklifts to ensure they are reliable, optimally utilized and retain long-term value.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
5 Years operations & logistics experience, and
2 Years on management level
Relevant Bachelor`s Degree / Diploma or equivalent,
Pest control experience (advantage)
