Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in fleet controlling or transport logistics.
• Experience with tracking and fleet management systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
• Monitor and manage daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are dispatched and returned on time.
• Schedule services and maintenance for fleet vehicles.
• Track vehicle movements using tracking systems.
• Manage driver schedules, trip logs, and job allocations.
· Report on vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and breakdowns.
· Ensure all fleet documentation is accurate and up to date.
· Respond promptly to breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
