PLEASE NOTE: This is a senior sales and dealer management position. Applicants must have a relevant Degree in Sales and Marketing (or similar), 5–8 years’ experience in construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, mining equipment, or a related industry, as well as proven experience managing dealer networks and achieving sales growth. Applicants who do not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered.

Purpose of the Role:
To develop and expand a sustainable sales channel throughout the assigned territory while supporting and improving dealer performance, market share, customer relationships, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive equipment sales growth across the assigned territory.
Manage and support subsidiaries and independent dealers.
Develop and implement dealer growth strategies.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Manage tender, quotation, costing, and delivery processes.
Conduct customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.
Support marketing initiatives, demonstrations, and promotional events.
Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans.
Manage dealer agreements, evaluations, and renewals.
Oversee equipment procurement and stock management.
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives.
Lead dealer training and capability development initiatives.
Prepare and submit sales and dealer performance reports.
Manage and develop direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
Valid driver’s license.
Fit to travel extensively.
5–8 years’ experience in sales, earthmoving equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, or a related industry.
Proven experience in dealer management and business development.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and profitability.
